Buffalo Exchange is open in East Nashville. The chain's own site carries a Now Open page for the store at 1004 Gallatin Ave, with daily hours and its usual arrangement: bring clothing and accessories in any time the store is open, no appointment needed, and sell or trade on the spot. The chain announced the store as its second Nashville location, with an opening date of Oct 9, 2026.
The space was renovated before the opening, a $150,000 renovation covering about 2,300 square feet on Gallatin, and the company is led by CEO Rebecca Block. For Gallatin Avenue, a secondhand anchor with daily foot traffic is a practical kind of good news: a store neighbors actually use every week.
